The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing effective outbound email and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales in North America. You will also be required to have experience with Zoominfo, Linkedin Navigator, and CRM tools. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute effective outbound email and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales in North America.
• Use your experience with Zoominfo, Linkedin Navigator, and CRM tools to identify potential customers and nurture relationships with them.
• Create compelling email and messaging content that will grab the attention of potential customers.
• Call and email potential customers to set up appointments and close deals.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Monitor and report on the success of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our lead generation strategies remain effective.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience using Zoominfo, Linkedin Navigator, and CRM tools is required.
• A confident and outgoing personality, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to email, message and call potential customers in North America.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
