The Position

Roles and Responsibilities: 

As an Inbound and Outbound Customer Experience Representative, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Respond to customers, identify customer issues, provide solutions, converse in a polite and professional manner, and perform data entry
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries
• Work with the customer in trying to find a solution to their problem
• Answer frequently asked questions and provide technical support assistance when needed
• Always provide the utmost customer service when chatting with customers/prospective customers
• Manage your call queue and average handle time efficiently 

Skills and Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service experience, either face-to-face, phone, or chat
• Experience with call centers, chat, and messaging, will be a plus
• Ability to multi-task as you will be taking multiple chats at once
• Written English grammar and spelling at a C1 level
• Outstanding communication skills are a must
• Empathy and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and be articulate and professional
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
• Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• Ability to work independently researching information
• Must be proficient on the computer which includes being able to navigate through the web and various tools provided
• Must be motivated and sales-driven (bonus structure involved)!

Salary Range:
$300 to $350 per month
