BrainCX is the next generation of Multilingual Contact Center Outsourcing and Digital Solutions. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an OSE Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support, as well as assisting with video/voice/chat support when necessary. Your primary focus will be on chat support, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and generating leads to contribute to our company's growth. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
The Position
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Engage in light lead generation activities to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Assist with video/voice/chat support as needed, effectively communicating with potential clients to provide guidance and demo service.
- Maintain a deep understanding of products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues or complaints promptly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and customer support best practices.
Skills and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably with chat support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various computer systems and platforms efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
