BrainCX is the next generation of Multilingual Contact Center Outsourcing and Digital Solutions. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an OSE Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through email support, as well as assisting with video/voice/chat support when necessary. Your primary focus will be on social media management, handling inquiries, and promoting brand awareness to drive our company's growth. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The Position
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding email support to customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Research, monitoring, and reporting current social media trends and adapting various social media channels.
- Brand management and further development of brand awareness to customers.
- Review and escalate influential or problematic engagements on social media campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
- Ensures all social media content aligns with marketing messages and adheres to Brand Guidelines for a consistent tone of voice and identity.
- Perform light WordPress updates, including content management, plugin installations, and theme customization.
- Assist with video/voice/chat support as needed, effectively communicating with potential clients to provide guidance and demo service.
Skills and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
- Familiarity with graphic tools like Canva for content creation.
- Tech-savvy with efficient computer system navigation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
